How Much Is Assisted Living Care in Gurnee, IL?

The current rate for a one (1) person occupancy starts at $160.00 per day. There is a non-refundable $1,500.00 move-in fee required for each new resident. The $160.00 daily rate includes but is not limited to the following services and amenities:

Assistance with bathing and dressing
Three home-cooked meals per day, plus snacks
Assistance with medication management
Laundry Service

Housekeeping
Incontinence Supplies
Toiletries (toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, denture care items, shaving products, etc)
*Shopping for medication and other needs using the resident’s expense account

What Is a Resident Expense Account?

An “Expense Account” can be set up for each resident. After our staff has shopped for a resident’s medication or other needs, the money will be deducted from the account. This account can also be used to pay for our beautician services. For example, if a resident or resident’s family budget is $500.00 for medication and toiletries per month, those funds need to be submitted to us in the form of a check separate from the monthly rent payment. Every month, an expense report will be provided for each resident, including copies of all receipts.
